Fresh baby spinach layered with diced tomato, croutons, boiled egg, feta cheese, mandarin oranges and topped with crispy bacon.

Served with our homemade Hot Bacon Dressing.

Cobb Salad

We start with crisp fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber and boiled egg. Then cover it with diced breaded chicken strips -OR- grilled fajita chicken and Mozzarella cheese. Served with a bread stick.

Super Salad

Crispy bacon, Cheddar cheese, boiled egg, diced tomato, sliced cucumber and green pepper on a bed of crisp lettuce. Served with a bread stick.

Taco Salad

It’s OK to eat the bowl made from a flour tortilla. Filled with crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions. Topped with ground seasoned taco meat, black olives and covered with Cheddar cheese.

Julienne Salad

Your choice of ham or turkey on top of crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes and covered with mozzarella cheese.

Duo Salad

We make our own tuna salad, scoop it on to a bed of crisp lettuce. Add a scoop of cottage cheese and decorate it with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and green pepper.

Crispy Asian Salad

This is a great salad that quicly became a best seller! Crisp iceberg, cucumbers, diced tomatoes, fresh mandarin oranges, crispy chicken breast strips, crushed peanuts, and wonton strips drizzled with sesame and sweet chili dressings – completely addictive!

We cover the bun in your choice of pizza sauce OR Italian dressing & horsey sauce. Stacked high with ham, salami and pepperoni. Add slice tomato, diced onions, banana pepper and mozzarella cheese.

Combo

Uncured salami, premium deli ham and turkey covered in our own special sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Steak

A grilled tender ground steak served with diced onions, mozzarella cheese and your choice of pizza sauce OR mushroom gravy.

Uncle John Bacon Burger

1/2 pound burger smothered with our cream cheese sauce, salami, crispy bacon, onion rings and green pepper. Served on a toasted sesame seed bun with 1000 island dressing, crisp lettuce and tomato.

Texas Jack burger

1/2 pound burger covered with melted Pepper Jack cheese, crisp bacon and Texas BBQ sauce. Served on a toasted sesame bun with sour cream and crisp lettuce.

Reuben Burger

This is a Sauerkraut Festival favorite – previously only availale during the festival, public demand won out and now you can enjoy it year round! A delicious 1/2 pound burger with grilled sauerkraut, melted swiss, a slather of 1000 Island dressing on toasted pumpernickel rye – it’s fantastic and comes with your choice of side.

Village Burger

1/2 pound burger with grilled onions and A-1 sauce. Served on a toasted onion bun.

Double Cheese Burger

Topped with two slices of American cheese and choice of garnishes.

Cheese Burger

1/3 pound burger topped with American cheese and choice of garnishes.
